No, and that is deliberate. AgencyCounter is turnkey. Insight views are discretionary views agreed with the jurisdiction and set up by AgencyCounter for leadership, council and communications. You tell us what you need through support; we make the change under our change management protocols and document it as agreed. No administrator role, no risk of accidental changes.
Is it secure?+
AgencyCounter is read-only. The public view shows public records only, and records marked not public — by criteria agreed with you, such as status, address or record type — are visible to internal users only. Internal users sign in through our authentication system with role-based access control. Data is encrypted, authentication is hardened, there is a 4-hour support response window, security documentation is available, and SOC 2 Type II is planned.
Our vendor already has a portal.+
Permitting-vendor portals serve applicants and cover permits only, and their reporting is applicant status at best. Record-linked scorecards and storytelling are not bundled in any comparable turnkey public-access product. Ask your current vendor to complete our comparison table in writing.
What if it doesn't work out?+
The price is fixed for five years, your source systems are untouched, and your data is returned or deleted on termination. There is no lock-in.
